We are not looking to have the most nurses on our payroll or the most clients offering ad hoc bookings which we can scramble for. Go Care was born of a desire to make a difference to the lives of the medical professionals we have been honoured to work with for the past decade on a person by person and tailored basis.

We won’t bite off more than we can chew. We won’t sacrifice the fulfillment of our candidates or clients for the sake of a bigger slice of the industry. We have a small business mentality with integrity at the core of our ambitions and we never wish to grow beyond our capacity to offer our undivided attention and uncompromising support to those we work with.
